Q1: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET PRICE?
There will be a full buffet with vegetarian options. If you have vegan dietary requests, please email the PBHS Reunion Team at [email protected].
Also included is 60-minute cocktail hour with a special Pirate-style drink. A cash bar will be available for the remainder of the evening.
Q2: IS THERE A SPECIAL RATE FOR HOTEL ROOMS?
YES! To reserve accommodations, please reference Palm Bay High School Class of 1998 or group code “P98” when reserving by phone at 1-877-701-9252 or online at www.cpmelbourne.com. The rate of $142 for a Standard Room and $159 for a Coastal View Room are held for Friday, July 13, 2018 – Sunday, July 15, 2018. Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until June 22, 2018 or until the block is full, whichever comes first. Rooms have either a King Bed or Two Beds and room types are determined at the time of the reservation.
UPDATE: Crowne Plaza is currently renovating their hotel rooms and will not have them ready for our event weekend. Our group will now be staying at the Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront. Crowne Plaza will honor our hotel rate and pay the difference in cost. They will also provide shuttle bus service to and from the Crowne Plaza on the day of the event. Be on the lookout for more information regarding hotel accommadations on the Palm Bay Class of 98 Facebook group.
Q3: IS THERE A STYLE OF DRESS?
Cocktail is preferred, but your attendance is more important than your style of dress. We hope to see you!
